Introduction and Courting Gods Synopsis

Chapter 21 - Delving Deep

First post on the Courting Gods blog. I know for sure I am going to make a mess of this but I shall get better!
Anyhow, this site will contain the narrative of Courting Gods, the book I was originally writing and before deciding that fandom niche wasn't the way to go in a mainstream market. To publish properly and therefore I have put it here and hope it does well!
I'll be posting updates and stuff on here and of course the story itself. I hope to be posting the story a chapter at a time, two chapters released every month until I have the whole thing done... then I guess I'll start writing the next thing and plop it on here too!
If you're interested, I also have an Instagram account that I'll be posting stuff about the story and stuff on there to go along with the blog.
Also, a quick disclaimer about Courting Gods is that I have already censored the characters vocabulary enough and I really don't want to do that to them any more than is necessary so if you don't want to read the occasional F-bomb, then this ain't the blog for you.

To the synopsis!

Courting Gods is the tale of a war between infinitely different worlds; Nova joyously reigning in the far-flung future of technological advancement and the medieval civilisation of Imagination. It follows the story of the main two characters Quizzical Aphré and Glo Prizmatica, opposed by forces from each of their rivalling worlds, as they try to end the war they’re sure will end with the needless destruction of each of their worlds.
The story starts partway through the war; the governing bodies of both sides have begun to throw more resources into the war. Nova has introduced what it considers it’s “trump card” in the war, God-like entities known as Nobles with close links to intrinsic parts of the universe.
Imagination did the same with their collection of sixty-three Abstracts which are known as Guardians, highly trained warriors well respected in the dimension and considered as generals in the Abstract army.
The sudden addition of these new forces in the war will surely change the course of the war from stalemate to swing towards victory one way or another.
